Plus Plan for Aurora Energy rewards and discounts terms

The Plus Plan offers a range of discounts for things like how you receive and pay your bills, plus some great rewards like Power Shouts.

If you’re on our Plus plan and meet (and continue to meet) the eligibility criteria below, you will be eligible to receive the applicable Genesis Discount and/or Reward. The Genesis Discounts and/or Rewards are only available if you are on a Plus Plan.

Currently the fixed-term option of the Energy Plus Plan is not available for your network Aurora Energy, once this becomes available, we’ll get in touch to let you know.

Dual Fuel Discount	5% discount off your monthly energy bill	You have both your electricity and natural gas or LPG with us under the same residential account, at the same residential property and on the same bill.
