Plus Plan – Genesis Discounts and/or Rewards

The Plus Plan offers a range of discounts for things like how you receive and pay your bills, plus some great rewards like Power Shouts and Flybuys.

If you’re on our Plus plan and meet (and continue to meet) the eligibility criteria below, you will be eligible to receive the applicable Genesis Discount and / or Reward. The Genesis Discounts and/or Rewards are only available if you are on a Plus Plan.

Genesis Discounts

12 Month Fixed Term Discount	3% discount off your monthly energy bill.	You have signed up to a fixed term of 12 months (Fixed Term) on your Genesis Plus plan (Plan).	We won’t change your energy prices during the Fixed Term of your Plan. Your fixed pricing will be confirmed in your welcome email. Fixed pricing does not apply to any government or regulatory charges that arise during the Fixed Term or any of our special fees and charges (for example urgent LPG delivery). With the exception of any of our special fees and charges, if any of the other prices you pay under your Plan increase during the Fixed Term, you may terminate your Plan without being charged a termination fee by providing us notice of your intention to terminate within 30 days of having been provided with notice that your prices are increasing. The fixed pricing provided under this Plan is based on your location, meter type and configuration, any distribution charges (as applicable) and the information you provided us with. If during the Term the Plan any of these change, you move house, or we discover an error in the prices, we may (among other things), notify you of updated pricing in your welcome email, request that you sign up to a new Plan for a new Term (with updated fixed pricing) or remove you from the Plan and move you onto our flexible Plus plan on the standard applicable rates under the Plus plan in effect at that time. In such a case you may terminate you Plan within 5 days of us communicating any changes to you without incurring a termination fee. If you cancel your Plan during the Fixed Term, you may be charged an early termination fee of $150 per fuel type. If, before the end of the Fixed Term, you: switch from, or stop getting your energy supply from us; change your meter type or configuration; move house; do not (or no longer) meet the Eligibility Criteria; or otherwise cancel your Plan, Your Plan will terminate and we may charge you an early termination fee of $150 (including GST) per fuel type. Following expiry of your Fixed Term, your Fixed Term will no longer apply and you will be charged the standard applicable rates at the time. Dual Fuel Discount	5% discount off your monthly energy bill.	You have both your electricity and natural gas or LPG with us under the same residential account, at the same residential property and on the same bill.

Genesis Rewards

Power Shouts	We’ll give you a free period of electricity, every now and then. A Power Shout is a gift from us to you. Dual Fuel	If you’re a Dual Fuel customer, we will reward you with: Double Power Shouts – this means we’ll give you two standard powershouts, when every now and then, we offer you powershouts. Double Flybuys – this means we’ll give you 2 Flybuys points for every $50 you spend on your energy bill.
