Genesis Energy – Self-Service Saver North Island Terms and Conditions as at 1 December 2015

  1. To be eligible for Self-Service Saver North Island Plan ("Offer"), you must:
    1. be a new Genesis Energy residential electricity and/or natural gas customer (or an existing residential Genesis Energy customer selected by Genesis Energy ), in the North Island excluding pre-paid and LPG customers;
       
    2. in relation to the supply of electricity (if applicable):
      1. be on a standard single-phase residential connection;
         
      2. not be on an embedded network or on a 2 to 8kVa load group
        for your electricity supply;
         
    3. if you are not an existing customer, switch your electricity and/or natural gas supply (as applicable) to Genesis Energy from 1 December 2015;
       
    4. sign up to a 12-month fixed term electricity and/or natural gas Self-Service Saver plan  ("Plan"), which will commence either from the start date of electricity and/or natural gas supply(as applicable) or for existing customers from the date shown on your Genesis Energy bill;
       
    5. pay your energy bills by recurring variable direct debit from your bank account or recurring variable credit or debit card payment; and
       
    6. receive your energy bills and other promotional communications by email.
       
  2. The pricing provided under the Offer is based on your location, meter type and meter configuration.  If it is subsequently found that you do not (or no longer) meet the above eligibility criteria or if you move house, Genesis Energy may remove you from the Offer.  In those circumstances, subject to meeting Genesis Energy's acceptance criteria, you may be offered Genesis Energy's standard pricing for your network, pricing plan and meter type on its standard terms and conditions of energy supply.
     
  3. The Offer includes:
    1. Fixed promotional electricity and/or natural gas prices (as applicable) (the per unit variable charge and daily fixed charge) during the 12-month term of the Plan; and
       
    2. 10% prompt payment discount when you pay your bill in full via variable direct debit, credit or debit card payment on or before the due date on your bill.
