There are three ways to access Energy IQ to manage your account, monitor your energy usage, order gas bottles, move home, and more - right from your pocket, 24/7!

  1. Download the Energy IQ Android app
  2. Download the Energy IQ Apple app
  3. Use the web version of Energy IQ on web

Logging in to the app

Note: If you haven’t previously registered for Energy IQ, you’ll need to do this before you access the app. For this, you’ll need your customer number, which you can find on your Genesis bill, or at the top of an email from us. You only need to do this once.

Click on ‘Register’ at the bottom of the log in screen on the app, and you’ll be walked through the registration process.

The last name you provide on the registration screen will also need to match with your Genesis account.

If you have just joined Genesis you may run into some problems registering for Energy IQ as we may still be in the process of setting things up for you – please try registering again in a few days, or give us a call on 0800 300 400

Can’t see the Energy IQ app in the app store?

Android The Energy IQ app works on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above. If you have an older Android phone or operating system, you won’t be able to download the Energy IQ app.

Apple (iOS)The Energy IQ app works on iPhone 5 and iOS 11.0 or later. If you have an older iPhone or operating system, you won’t be able to download the Energy IQ app. If you can’t download the app, you can still use the web version of Energy IQ.
