When you enter your own meter reading, we'll generate a bill based on this actual reading instead of an estimate.

An estimate is used every second month or where we've been unable to gain access to your meter.

If you've received communication from us regarding no access, please don't submit your read here - call 0800 300 400 to discuss.

For Residential customers

To submit a meter reading, head to Energy IQ and we'll send you a bill within five working days. If for some reason we aren't able to process your reading, we'll contact you.  

For Business customers

To submit a meter reading, simply complete this form and we'll send you a bill within five working days. If for some reason we aren't able to process your reading, we'll contact you.
