Yes, as long as your new home has a smart meter, and your account is still eligible, when you move address you will keep all the available hours in your balance. If you have booked a Power Shout for after the date you close your account for that address, these bookings will be cancelled, and the hours credited back to your Power Shout balance for you to use at your new address.
