Customer service delays

We're being hit by winter and COVID-19 illness which is affecting our Customer Care teams and LPG drivers. Our teams are working hard to get your calls and emails answered and bottled gas delivered but there may be delays. If you’re expecting an LPG delivery, keep an eye out for a notification in your EIQ app the day before your delivery is made. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.

Tip for contacting Customer Care: Monday mornings are our busiest time so we recommend you try later in the day or week.
