Ways to pay your bill

With most of our plans, you choose where and when you pay your energy bill. If you’re on an Energy Plus plan and set up Auto-pay (a recurring direct debit or credit card payment), you’ll even earn extra discounts.

On our Energy Basic plan everyone uses recurring direct debit or credit card payments.

All you need to know about Control-a-bill

With Control-a-bill you can:


  • even out your payments so you pay the same amount for each bill
  • choose direct debit frequency (either weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
  • make adjustments, now and then we'll also make sure your usage and payments are on track
