My Account

To make things easier for you, we've set up My Account. It's a really handy online service that lets you manage your account 24/7.

To view My Account all you need to do is register. You'll then be able to:

  • view all the properties you have with Genesis Energy under one login
  • view a summary of your Genesis Energy account
  • receive your bills online
  • pay your account online with your credit card
  • sign up to Direct Debit payment online
  • view your profile
  • view your previous bills (up to two years old)
  • view and graphing your electricity usage* NEW
  • enter a meter reading to get an updated bill
  • view and redeem your Brownie Points
  • and managing donations to the Genesis Oncology Trust.

We've also got everything you need to know about being a Genesis Energy customer, from ways to pay your bill to understanding your bill and reading your meter to submitting a meter reading.


Understanding your energy account

Your Genesis Energy bill provides all the information you need to keep track of your account, such as consumption, payment details and key dates that you need to pay by to ensure you receive your 10% Prompt Payment Discount. And now you can choose to receive your bills online! To sign up to online billing you need to register to My Account. It's easy and will only take a couple of minutes.


Tell us you're moving

We make moving easy by giving you the option of sending us the details or by simply moving online. If you're a residential customer and take us with you when you move, you'll earn 200 Brownie Points from our customer rewards programme. And if you move online with us, you'll earn 300 Brownie Points.
