eSaver 24 Months Plan Terms and Conditions

  1. To be eligible for the eSaver 24 Months Plan ("Plan"), you must:

    1. be either:
      1. a new Genesis Energy residential electricity or natural gas customer; or
      2. an existing Genesis Energy natural gas customer not currently on a fixed term plan (including a Gas Value Plan) or an LPG customer; or
      3. an existing residential customer selected by Genesis Energy as eligible for this Offer;

    2. in relation to electricity (if applicable), be on a standard single-phase residential connection and not on an embedded network or on a 2 to 8kVa load group;

    3. sign up to:
      1. a 24 month fixed term eSaver plan for electricity at your primary residence; and/or
      2. a 24 month fixed term eSaver plan for natural gas

    4. receive your energy bill and other promotional communications by email; and

    5. pay your energy bills by recurring variable direct debit from your bank account or recurring variable credit or debit card payment.
  1. The Plan includes fixed electricity prices and/or natural gas prices at our eSaver pricing (as applicable) (only the per unit variable charge and daily fixed charge are fixed) during the 24 month term of the Plan, which will commence from the date you accept the Plan either online or by phone.
