Genesis Energy – eSaver 12 months Terms and Conditions as at 6 September 2017

  1. To be eligible for the eSaver Plan ("Offer"), you must:
    1. be:
      1. a new Genesis Energy residential electricity or natural gas customer, excluding pre-paid customer; or
      2. an existing Genesis Energy natural gas customer not currently on a fixed term plan (including a Gas Value Plan) or an LPG customer; or
      3. an existing residential customer selected by Genesis Energy as eligible for this Offer;
    2. in relation to electricity (if applicable), be on a standard single-phase residential connection and not on an embedded network or on a 2 to 8kVa load group;
       
    3. sign up from 6 September 2017 to a 12 month fixed term eSaver electricity plan at your primary residence (and, if applicable, a fixed term eSaver natural gas plan)("Plan"), which will commence:
      1. for new customers, from the start date of electricity and/or natural gas supply as shown on your Genesis Energy bill; or
      2. for existing Genesis Energy natural gas or LPG customers adding an eSaver electricity Plan and, if applicable, an eSaver natural gas Plan to their account, from the date of sign up to the relevant Plan;
    4. receive your energy bill and other promotional communications by email; and
       
    5. pay your energy bills by recurring variable direct debit from your bank account or recurring variable credit or debit card payment.
  2. The Offer includes:
    1. fixed promotional electricity and/or natural gas prices (as applicable) (the per unit variable charge and daily fixed charge) during the fixed term of the Plan; and
       
    2. 10% prompt payment discount when you pay your bill in full via variable direct debit, credit or debit card payment on or before the due date specified on your bill.
  3. If you are a Genesis Energy electricity and eSaver natural gas customer, you will not receive the Dual Fuel Discount or a prompt payment discount higher than specified in paragraph 2(b).
