Bottled Gas Control Plan Terms and Conditions as at 13 August 2018

  1. To be eligible for the "Bottled Gas Control Plan " ("Plan"), you must:
     
    1. be a new or existing Genesis Energy residential LPG customer;

    2. sign up to one of the Plan options including, 9 bottle, 12 bottle or 24 bottle, at your primary residential property (“Property”). If you sign up to:
      1. the 9 bottle or 12 bottle Plan option, you may have a maximum 2 bottle installation;
      2. the 24 bottle Plan option, you may have a maximum 4 bottle installation;

    3. be able to provide Genesis Energy or our Distribution Company with access to your Property for delivery and connection of LPG bottles;

    4. be on a weekly or fortnightly bottled gas delivery schedule;

    5. be on a minimum 2 bottle set up at your Property; and

    6. if you are a new Genesis Energy LPG customer, make an initial order for each of the bottles that will connect to your installation. (For example if your installation holds 2 bottles, you must make an initial order of 2 bottles).
  1. If it is subsequently found that you do not meet the above eligibility criteria, Genesis Energy may remove you from the Plan. In those circumstances, subject to meeting Genesis Energy's acceptance criteria, you may be offered an alternative Genesis Energy LPG price plan.
