Getting your connection up and running.

First, call us on 0800 600 900 (business) or 0800 300 400 (residential). We will let you know if your premises can get onto the natural gas network. If you can, our specialist team will organise a gas connection for you.

Setting everything up will take an estimated 6-8 weeks. Then we'll install your meter, get you all signed up, and you'll be ready to go. Contact your gasfitter to do your installation and help you to pick out the right gas appliances.

Keeping gas safe.

Natural gas is a safe energy source, but it has to be handled with care. Always make sure you use a licensed gasfitter to install and maintain your gas appliances. And if you ever smell gas, turn off all appliances and the supply at your meter, and contact a registered gasfitter.
