1. The Promoter of the ‘Thanks for Receiving ListenUp Online’ offer’ (‘Promotion’) is Genesis Power Limited, trading as Genesis Energy (‘Genesis Energy’).
2. The term of the Promotion is 10 December 2008 to 21 January 2009 (‘Promotional Period’). Entries must be received by 5.00pm, 21 January 2009. Winners will be drawn on
22 January 2009.
3. All Genesis Energy customers who receive ListenUp online can enter the Promotion by emailing their contact details and consumer number to listenup@genesisenergy.co.nz during the Promotional Period (‘Entry’).
4. The Promotion is limited to one entry per consumer number.
5. Each entry received will go into the draw to win one of three summer hampers (‘Prize’).
6. Each residential entry will receive five bonus Brownie Points which will be applied to the customer’s account after the on 22 January 2009.
7. Winners will be notified by phone, post, or email. The winners should allow two to three working days for delivery of the prize.
8. Genesis Energy will not be responsible for lost or stolen hampers.
9. Hampers are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize winners’ names and details may be used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes.
12. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
