1. The promoter of the Genesis Energy "ListenUp Supermarket Vouchers" draw ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").
2. The Promotion starts on Monday 23 November 2009 at 9.00am and closes on Thursday 24 December 2009 at 5.00pm. No entries will be accepted after that time.
3. The Promotion is open to Genesis Energy business customers ("Customers").
4. Customers may enter the Promotion by registering online to receive ListenUp and promotional material by email from
Genesis Energy. Customers who already receive ListenUp by email will automatically be entered in the draw.
5. There is a limit of one entry per customer.
6. The draw will take place on Tuesday 12 January 2010. The first four business customer entries drawn will win a prize of one $300 Supermarket voucher which can be redeemed at any Countdown or Foodtown store in NZ.
7. Winners will be couriered the vouchers to their customer address.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners’ names and details may used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.
11. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
