ListenUp Online Residential Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Genesis Energy "ListenUp Online Residential" draw ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The Promotion starts on Friday 26 February 2010 at 9.00am and closes on 5 April 2010 at 5.00pm. No entries will be accepted after that time.

3. The Promotion is open to Genesis Energy residential customers who don’t already receive ListenUp and promotional material by email ("Customers").

4. Customers may enter the Promotion by registering online at genesisenergy.co.nz/listenup to receive ListenUp and promotional material by email from Genesis Energy.

5. There is a limit of one entry per Customer.

6. The draw will take place on 6 April 2010. The first Customer drawn will win either a lemon or lime tree from TreePlease and $200 worth of Palmers gardening vouchers ("Prize").

7. The winner will be contacted and couriered the Prize to the address provided.

8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winners’ names and details may used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

11. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
