ListenUp Email Feedback Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Genesis Energy "ListenUp Online Residential Feedback" draw ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The Promotion starts on Monday 8 March 2010 and closes on 31 March 2010 at 5.00pm. No entries will be accepted after that time.

3. The Promotion is open to Genesis Energy residential customers who receive ListenUp and promotional material by email ("Customers").

4. Customers may enter the Promotion by completing the ListenUp feedback online questionnaire.

5. There is a limit of one entry per Customer.

6. The draw will take place on 1 April 2010. The first five Customers drawn will win 500 Brownie Points ("Prize").

7. The winner will be contacted and the points will be applied to Customers account within 7 days of the Prize Draw.

8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winners’ names and details may used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

11. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
