Kustom Konnections Quarterly Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Genesis Energy "Kustom Konnections Quarterly Prize Draw" ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The Promotion starts on Wednesday 23 April 2010.

3. The first 4 draws dates and closing times are set out below:

Draw 1 - 5pm 30 June 2010
Draw 2 - 5pm 1 October 2010
Draw 3 - 5pm 28 January 2011
Draw 4 - 5pm 29 May 2011

4. The Promotion is open to Genesis Energy trade customers only ("Customers").

5. Customers may enter the Promotion by registering new electricity and gas connections with the Kustom Konnections team. Customers get one entry for each new electricity and gas connection registered with the Kustom Konnections team.

6. For each draw the first ten trade customer entries drawn will win a prize of gift vouchers worth $500 for selected retailers or alternatively the first twenty customers will win a prize of gift vouchers worth $250 for selected retailers.

7. Winners will be couriered the vouchers to their trade address.

8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winners’ names and details may used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

11. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
