Kustom Konnections Quarterly Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Genesis Energy "Kustom Konnections Quarterly Prize Draw" ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. For this Promotion, entries open on 1 January 2012 and close at 5pm on 31 March 2012. The draw will take place at 5pm on 20 April 2012.

3. The Promotion is only open to tradespeople who have signed up to Genesis Energy Kustom Konnections Rewards Programme ("Customers").

4. The Customers may enter the Promotion by registering new electricity, natural gas or LPG connections with the Kustom Konnections team. The Customers will get one entry to the Promotion for each new electricity, natural gas or LPG connection registered with the Kustom Konnections team. The Customers will receive an additional entry to the Promotion for each new electricity, natural gas or LPG connection registered online via genesisenergy.co.nz/trade.

5. The Customer needs to be the initiator of the new connection to claim it as theirs – or the Customer can nominate the company or person for the connection to be lodged under. Kustom Konnections Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions apply.

6. Ten Customers’ entries will be drawn and each Customer drawn ("Winners") will win a $500 (incl. GST) Mitre 10 Gift Card ("Prizes").

7. The Winners will be contacted by phone; and a $500 (incl. GST) Mitre 10 Gift Card will be mailed to each Winner’s nominated address.

8. The Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative prizes. The prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Winners’ names and details may be used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the Winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

11. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
