Kustom Konnections offer terms and conditions

1. Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy") is working with Carter Holt Harvey Limited trading as Carters ("Carters") in the "Carters Backscratchers" promotion ("Promotion").

2. The Promotion is 30 March 2009 to 30 June 2009 inclusive ("Term") or alternatively once 500 connections have been achieved, whichever occurs first.

3. During the Term all new electricity, natural gas, or LPG connections that have been made by Carters Advantage Customers (‘Customers’), through the Genesis Energy New Connections team will be entitled to 250 Carters Advantage Points ("Advantage points"), up to a maximum of 10 connections or 2,500 Advantage points per Customer.

4. Genesis Energy is unable to provide new connections on selected networks. Where a new connection cannot be made Customers will not be entitled to earn Advantage points.

5. Customers must provide their Carters Account Name to the Genesis Energy New Connections team at the time of each connection to be entitled to earn Advantage points. If a Customer does not provide their Carters Account Name at time of connection the Customer has until 30 July 2009 to contact Genesis Energy to provide these details to earn Advantage points for their connection.

6. The redemption of Advantage points is subject to Carters Advantage standard Terms and Conditions.

7. Advantage Points will be added to the Customer’s Carters Advantage account at the end of the Promotion.
