Genesis Energy Autumn Concert Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the ‘Genesis Energy Autumn Concert Competition’ ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The term of the Promotion is Monday 22 February 2010 to Friday 19 March 2010.

3. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, entrants must answer the following question correctly, ‘Who is the principal sponsor of the Beethoven V Autumn Concert’, and fill in the entry form on the Genesis Energy website.

4. There are two competitions:

a. Residential competition - There are thirty prizes of two tickets for Genesis Energy residential customers to the Genesis Energy Autumn Concert, Saturday 27 March 2010, 7.30pm.

b. Business competition - There are fifteen prizes of two tickets for Genesis Energy business customers to the Genesis Energy Autumn Concert, Saturday 27 March 2010, 7.30pm.

5. Only one entry allowed per email address.

6. Entries must be received by 5pm Friday 19 March 2010. The draw will be held on Monday 22 March 2010.

7. The winners will be contacted on Monday 22 March 2010, by phone and / or email in accordance with the details supplied. Genesis Energy will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners, but if a winner is unable to be contacted by Tuesday 23 March 2010, Genesis Energy will draw another winner.

8. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for alternative prizes.

9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Travel costs and accommodation are not included in the prize.

11. The prize winners’ names and details may be used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will keep the personal information it holds in accordance with its Privacy Policy at genesisenergy.co.nz

13. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
