Fieldays Terms and Conditions - Heat Pump draw

1. The promoter of the Genesis Energy "Heat Pump" draw ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The Promotion starts on 16 June 2010 at 8.00am and closes on 19 June 2010 at 5.00pm. No entries will be accepted after that time.

3. The Promotion is open to Genesis Energy customers ("Customers").

4. Customers may enter the Promotion by visiting the Genesis Energy stand at PD38 & PD40 in the Mystery Creek Pavilion at the Fieldays event and placing their Genesis Energy invite letter or their completed entry form (available at the stand) in the entry box.

5. There is a limit of one entry per customer.

6. Employees of Genesis Energy, and any of Genesis Energy’s agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

7. Genesis Energy takes no responsibility for lost or stolen entries.

8. The draw will take place on 22 June 2010. The first valid entry drawn will win a Panasonic heat pump worth up to $2,399 (incl GST), including standard installation (back to back wall installation) to the value of $1,500 (excl GST) ("Prize"). If the heat pump installation requires non-standard installation, the winner will be responsible for paying any additional costs.

9. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or mail in accordance with the details supplied. Genesis Energy will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, but if Genesis Energy is unable to contact the winner by 26 July 2010 or if the winner is unable to redeem the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, Genesis Energy may draw another winner.

10. An authorised Panasonic dealer within the winner’s region will then contact the winner to make a convenient time to provide a quote for the installation of a heat pump. The winner may request a competitive quote from another authorised Panasonic dealer and may have the Prize installed by that other dealer. The winner must contact Genesis Energy to confirm that the other dealer is an authorised Panasonic dealer.

11. The winner must arrange for the Panasonic heat pump to be installed by 31 August 2010.

12. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

13. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Prize winner’s name and details may be used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

15. All entries will be destroyed at the end of the Promotion after the winning entry has been drawn.

16. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

17. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Genesis Energy, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.
