Business Natural Gas $1,000 Credit Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter of the Business Natural Gas prize draw (‘Promotion’) is Genesis Power Limited, trading as Genesis Energy (‘Genesis Energy’).
2. There will be a total of four prize draws of $1000 credit on a customer’s Genesis Energy bill during the following periods ("Promotional Period")
- 7 September - 7 October 2009
- 8 October - 9 November 2009
- 10 November - 10 December 2009
- 11 December - 11 January 2010
3. The promotion is only open to Genesis Energy business natural gas customers as of 7 September 2009 who will automatically be entered into each of the four prize draws.
4. The Promotion is limited to one entry per customer account per prize draw. Multi-sites under the same account number will be entered into each prize draw only once.
5. Each prize draw will take place on the next working day following the end of the Promotional Periods set out in clause 2. The winner will be contacted by phone in accordance with the details supplied by the customer to Genesis Energy. Genesis Energy will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner but if the winner is unable to be contacted within three days from the prize draw, the Prize will be redrawn until another winner is found. The winners should allow two to three working days for the credit to be applied to their account.
6. The $1000 credit is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prizes winners’ names and details may be used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes.
9. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
