Bottled LPG Small - Medium Business Offer - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the "LPG Small - Medium Business Offer" ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The term of the Promotion is from Monday 18 January 2010 to Wednesday 30 June 2010 ("Promotional Period").

3. All new Genesis Energy Small - Medium Business customers who sign up to receive Bottled LPG from Genesis Energy by their Genesis Energy Business representative during the Promotional Period, will automatically receive a LPG annual bottle rental charge credit of $100 (Excl. GST) for the annual rental charge for 2 x 45kg LPG bottles ("Credit") on their Genesis Energy account.

4. In order to be eligible for a Credit, the customer’s account for bottled LPG needs to be active, and the customer must have ordered at least one LPG gas bottle by 30 June 2010.

5. A customer cannot elect to defer delivery of the bottled LPG to be eligible for the Credit.

6. The Credit will appear on the customer’s next bill, once sign up is complete.

7. The customer is entitled to receive a Credit for each premise that they sign up to receive bottled LPG from Genesis Energy during the Promotional Period.
