To make things easier for you, we’ve set up Your Account. It’s a really handy online service that you can access 24/7 - and do things like enter meter readings, monitor your energy usage from bill to bill (for every address we supply energy to), get your bill online, as well as organise direct debit or credit card payments and check your latest Brownie Points balance. Our meters are advanced.
Over the next few years we’ll be upgrading old electricity meters with our new
Advanced Meters. Your Advanced Meter will automatically tell us how much energy you’re using, without a visit from a meter reader, so you can say goodbye to estimated readings and estimated bills.*
*We may need to visit your property for maintenance or an audit after your Advanced Meter is installed.
We’ll even make bills easy.
As well as helping you keep your energy costs under control, we’ll roll your electricity and natural gas into one bill and take 10% off when you pay your bill in full and on time. Plus, we’ll make things easier by offering you loads of ways to pay your bill, such as direct debit or internet banking.
On top of that, there’s our Price Plan Check, which means each year we’ll let you know how much electricity you’ve used in the previous 12 months and what our plan options are - so you can decide if you’re still on the most economical pricing plan for your home.
