Advanced Meters
We're also introducing the latest metering technology - Advanced Meters. Genesis Energy customers who have a standard meter, which is read bimonthly, will have their meter upgraded to a Genesis Energy Advanced Meter over the next few years. With an Advanced Meter you will receive bills based on your property’s actual usage every month, rather than estimated readings. And what’s more, there’s no need for a meter reader to visit your property**.
