Slopedown Wind Farm

Genesis Energy purchased the Slopedown Wind Farm development from Wind Prospect CWP (NZ) Ltd in 2010. The Slopedown site is located in Southland, approximately 15km east of Wyndham and 50km east of Invercargill. Genesis Energy has an agreement with the landowner for the investigation and development of a wind farm on the site.
