Internet banking allows you to take control of your energy payments using the convenience of the Internet.

How does it work?

When you receive your monthly bill, simply go online and instruct your bank to transfer funds on your behalf, on the day you choose.

• You can make the payment when it suits you - any time on or before the due date.

Setting up Internet banking

Simply contact your bank to set up Genesis Energy as a payee on your bank account - you will need a Genesis Energy bill in front of you.

Advise them of your Genesis Energy Consumer Number (you'll find this in the top right-hand corner of your bill) and the bank will make the arrangements. When your next Genesis Energy bill arrives, visit your bank's Internet site and follow the instructions.

You may have to pay your bank a small fee for this service.
