As a state-owned enterprise, Genesis Energy is required to publish an annual report and interim report. Genesis Energy has published both reports each year since the company’s inception in April 1999.

We also regularly publish Annual Environmental Reports and regular resource consent compliance reports.

Submissions

As a major electricity generator and one of New Zealand's largest electricity and gas retailers, Genesis Energy has a diverse range of interests. Our engagement with regulatory processes reflects this diversity of interests.

Genesis Energy has made to a range of submissions to national-level regulatory and pseudo-regulatory agencies since 2005.

Continuous Disclosure Statements

Genesis Energy complies with a continuous disclosure regime for State Owned Enterprises.
