Genesis Energy retails electricity, natural gas and bottled LPG to homes and business all over New Zealand. As part of being a Genesis Energy customer you will also have access to some great products and services such as Brownie Points - our very own residential rewards programme, Your Account - our handy online service and Genesis Energy Advanced Meter.

At Genesis Energy we also believe in treating our customers like real people and not just meter numbers. We’re passionate about providing you with the best customer service, so we’ll not only be as helpful as possible, we’ll also show you how to save money on your energy bill and suggest ways to reduce your carbon footprint.
