Albert Brantley, Bsc, P.Geol, F.AuSIMM
Chief Executive
Albert is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction for all of Genesis Energy's business interests. He also serves as the Chairman of the Genesis Oncology Trust as well as Chairman of Energy Online.
His background has largely been in heavy industry, including oil and gas infrastructure development as well as the mining and power sectors. He has had more than 35 years experience both in New Zealand and internationally in technical, operational and senior management positions, concentrated particularly in the power industry over the past decade. He has had considerable experience leading businesses requiring political, regulatory and environmental management, both in New Zealand and overseas. |

Mark Anderson BCom, ACA
General Manager - Finance
Management of Genesis Energy's financial audit, treasury and insurance functions is the duty of Mark Anderson. In addition, Mark has responsibility for the company-wide risk management framework including management of the Genesis Energy trading risk position and risk reporting to the Board.

General Manager - Retail
Dean Carroll is the General Manager of Genesis Energy’s retail business, bringing together the business units of customer services, energy delivery, retail acquisitions, sales and marketing, and account management in the residential, commercial and industrial markets. |

General Manager - Corporate Services
Corporate Services General Manager Peggy Molyneux is responsible for, property and administration including management of Genesis Energy recruitment, development training, NZQA training, e-learning and performance, employee relationships, payroll services, health and safety, remuneration and internal communication.

As General Counsel, Maureen is responsible for management of the provision of legal services to the Company and legal compliance and regulatory support. She is the Company Secretary of Genesis Energy and Deputy Chair of the Genesis Oncology Trust. |

General Manager - Corporate Affairs
Management of Genesis Energy’s strategic planning, government relations, regulatory affairs, corporate environmental strategy and public relations is the responsibility of Malcolm Alexander. Malcolm is a member of the Electricity Commission’s Transmission Advisory Group.

General Manager - Fuel Development
Allan is General Manager, Fuel Development and is responsible for the management of fuel purchases and fuel transportation, building, growing Genesis Energy's portfolio of fuel development and exploration prospects and managing Genesis Energy's fuel capital development projects such as the Kupe Oil and Gas Field.

General Manager - Generation Development
Richard is the General Manager, Generation Development and is responsible for new thermal and renewable development projects from investigation through to commissioning and integration. The Generation Development business unit also maintains a focus on emerging generation technologies and research and development.

General Manager Production
As General Manager, Production, Bob is responsible for generation and trading and oversees management of all Genesis Energy's generation assets, trading strategy development and implementation and the company's wholesale market trading desk. |

General Manager - Energy Online
Nic is responsible for managing Energy Online, a wholly owned retailing subsidiary of Genesis Energy. Nic provides strategic leadership to ensure the ongoing successful operation of Energy Online, proactively pursuing initiatives that will advance the company. Energy Online has an expanding customer base covering territory in the North Island from Auckland to the Kapiti Coast, including the Hawkes Bay, King Country, Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupo. | |
