When you join Genesis Energy, we will look at your energy usage over the last year. Then we’ll work out which of our pricing plans best suits your Lifestyle and needs.

If you can't locate your area on the map above or to get a cost assessment over the phone call 0800 300 400 Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm. When you ring have your latest energy bill in front of you so we can base the cost on your monthly usage and then advise the best plan for you.

Dual Fuel Discount

Choose to have us supply both electricity and natural gas to the same address and you will receive a Dual Fuel discount. You’ll get one bill and save 25 cents a day. That adds up to $104.93 incl GST every year. The Dual Fuel discount is not available to business, LPG or InCharge customers.

When considering your energy needs and comparing costs it is helpful to be aware that what you pay for is made up of a fixed daily charge and a charge for the energy used.
