You don’t use energy the same way as a residential customer, so why should you pay for it the same way?

With Kustom Konnections you’ll get a temporary electricity connection (for up to 6 months), priced to suit the way you work. You won’t pay Genesis Energy connection fees or set up fees*. And there are no daily fixed charges. Basically, you pay for what you use. And that’s it.

Of course, some builders use more electricity than others. So you get to choose from two types of Kustom electricity rates - Regular for the residential builds, and Super for the commercial ones.

Plus, if you’ve just completed a build, and it hasn’t sold, we can help you out with our Kustom Spec Rates^ where you won’t have to pay daily line charges for six months. To arrange this, call 0800 155 010.

Genesis Energy doesn’t charge connection fees, but if the network company or a third party charges a connection fee, we’ll have to pass that charge along to you.
