Automatic Payment
Automatic payment helps you budget, with regular payments made directly from your bank account.
How does it work?
You choose a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment amount which goes towards your energy account. When you receive your bill you need to pay the balance owing by the due date.
Why pay by automatic payment?
Making regular fixed payments can reduce the amount you need to pay when you receive your actual invoice.
Setting up an automatic payment
Print the Automatic Payment Form, complete it and send it to your bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to have this form completed online as banks do not accept electronic signatures. Please allow up to five working days for the process to be completed.
