To view My Account all you need to do is register. You'll then be able to:
- Manage bills and payments
- Add properties and energy types*
- Organise moving house or premises in minutes
- View and graph your energy usage**
- Enter a meter read to get an updated bill
- View and redeem Brownie Points
- Manage Genesis Oncology Trust donations.

Understanding your energy account
Your Genesis Energy bill provides all the information you need to keep track of your account, such as consumption, payment details and key dates that you need to pay by to ensure you receive your 10% Prompt Payment Discount. And now you can choose to receive your bills online! To sign up to online billing you need to register to My Account. It's easy and will only take a couple of minutes.
Tell us you’re moving
We make moving easy by giving you the option of sending us the details or by simply moving online.
* If you have more than one property with Genesis Energy you now have the option to view all properties using one login. To have a single login you need to
ensure we've linked your properties. If, when you login, you're unable to see all your properties call us on 0800 300 400 if you're a residential customer, or
0800 600 900 if you're a business customer.
