You can access your non Time of Use bills online through Your Account - our handy online service available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you haven’t already, all you have to do is register online. Your Account allows you to view all your installations under one login - that’s for both natural gas and electricity.

There’s load of ways you can pay your Genesis Energy bill, like direct debit, automatic payments, or even with your credit card online. And whichever method you prefer, you’ll get a 10% prompt payment discount on your electricity and natural gas charges when you pay in full and on time.

Advanced Metering.

We're also introducing the latest metering technology - Advanced Meters. We’ll be upgrading your existing meter with a Genesis Energy Advanced Meter over the next few years. So, you’ll receive bills based on your property’s actual usage every month, rather than estimated readings. And what’s more, there will be no need for a meter reader to visit your property^.
