Credit card* is an easy way to pay your account and ensure you receive your Prompt Payment Discount. Each month your total bill is charged to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Card.

Your bill is paid automatically from your credit card on the due date. However, you are still in control, you always have up to two days before funds are deducted from your account to call us if there are any matters you want to discuss.

By completing the Recurring Credit Card Payment Authority Form.pdf you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

How does it work?

Each month your total bill is charged to your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners Card. Credit card payment is not currently available for one-off payments.

Credit card is a straightforward way to pay your bill on time, you simply set it and forget it!

Setting up credit card payment

Print the Recurring Credit Card Payment Authority Form.pdf , complete it and post it to us. Please note you must continue to pay your energy bill using your usual payment method. We require up to 14 working days to set up credit card payment. Notification that your credit card payment has been set up will appear on your first bill payable by this method.

*Credit card payment is available to residential and commercial customers who do not have relationship managed accounts (Time of Use metered).
