To view Your Account all you need to do is register. You'll then be able to:

• receive your bills online and save a tree or two
• view all the properties you have with Genesis Energy under one login
• view a summary of your Genesis Energy account
• view your profile
• view your previous bills (up to three years old)
• enter a meter reading to receive an updated bill
• and manage donations to the Genesis Oncology Trust and help in the fight against cancer.

Understanding your energy account

Your Genesis Energy bill provides all the information you need to keep track of your account, such as consumption, payment details and key dates that you need to pay by to ensure you receive your 10% Prompt Payment Discount. And now you can choose to receive your bills online! To sign up to online billing you need to register to Your Account. It's easy and will only take a couple of minutes.
