Chairman - Rt Hon Dame Jennifer Shipley, DNZMDame Jenny Shipley has been Chairman of Genesis Energy since November 2009. She is also Chairman of Momentum Holdings Ltd, Seniors Money International Ltd and Financial Services Council. Dame Jenny is a director of the HK and Shanghai listed China Construction Bank. She is also director of Trans-Tasman Resources Ltd. Dame Jenny was Prime Minister of New Zealand from 1997 to 1999 and in the preceding seven years she was a Senior Minister in the New Zealand Government and a driving force in the successful decade of economic and social reform in New Zealand. She retired from New Zealand politics in 2002. Dame Jenny travels extensively in her role as a director, a keynote speaker and in association with her consultancy. She serves on a number of advisory boards including Global Women New Zealand. She advises companies and governments on geopolitical, demographic, economic and social mega trends and speaks all around the world on these and a wide range of other topics. She is an active member of the World Women’s Leadership Council and is Vice President of the Club of Madrid, a group of former leaders who promote democracy and transparent economic development, globally. She is deeply involved in a range of philanthropic projects in New Zealand and offshore. |

Graeme Milne, B.Tech (Biotech) (Hons)Graeme Milne is a professional director based on a small sheep and beef farm on the outskirts of Cambridge. After graduating from Massey University in 1975 with an honours degree in Biotechnology, Graeme spent most of his working career in the dairy industry after an initial period in pharmaceuticals and brewing. During the 1980s and again in the 1990s Graeme spent several years based in Europe developing and managing the operations of the New Zealand dairy industry in Russia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Currently he is the Chairman of a number of New Zealand-based entities, including Synlait Milk Ltd, New Zealand Pharmaceuticals, Waikato District Health Board, and holds directorships in three others. |

John Dell, BCom (Hons) CAJohn is a professional director and is an active investor in high growth businesses. John has significant experience in executive finance and strategic management having previously held executive positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Tenon Limited (formerly named Fletcher Challenge Forests Limited) and as Chief Financial Officer of Air New Zealand Limited. Prior to his corporate roles, John worked for international accountancy and consultancy firm KPMG. John's background is as a qualified accountant and he has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance. John’s current Board appointments include Viridan Glass GP Limited and Unimarket Holdings Limited and Higgins Group Holdings Limited. |

John Leuchars ME, BCA, FIPENZJohn is a professional Company Director. He was a consulting engineer who held director and managing director positions in international consulting engineering companies for 30 years. These included being Managing Director of Connell Wagner (NZ) Ltd (now Aurecon) and of Connell Mott MacDonald, London. He has experience in a broad range of industries including the design of power generation projects in a hands-on design role or at a governance level. He is currently a Director of KiwiHoldings Ltd – trading as KiwiRail. |

He is a director of NZX listed Ryman Healthcare and The New Zealand Refining Company and privately held Revera and RDGP. He is a member of the IOD. Clem was previously Managing Director of Emerald Capital Limited, a Canadian owned investment company from 1998 until 2008. Prior experience included 9 years with Goodman Fielder Wattie in various financial and general management positions in New Zealand and Asia, following corporate money market and foreign exchange positions in New Zealand and London. |
