Resource Consent Application

Approval for the Castle Hill Wind Farm is required under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) from Greater Wellington and Manawatu-Wanganui (Horizons) Regional Councils, and Masterton and Tararua District Councils. The application was lodged with the Councils on 1 August 2011 - hard copies of the documents can be viewed at any of the Council offices.

The submission period runs until 26 September 2011. Further detail on the submission process and copies of the forms can be found on the Council websites:
