Telephone Transfer
Pay your bill through your bank's telephone banking service.
How does it work?
You simply ring up your bank on the day you decide to pay your account and instruct your bank to transfer funds on your behalf. In order to do this you'll need to be registered for your bank's telephone banking service.
Why pay by telephone transfer?
- It's quick and convenient.
- It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You can make the payment when it suits you - any time on or before the due date.
Setting up telephone transfer
Simply contact your bank to set up Genesis Energy as a bill payee on your bank account - you will need a Genesis Energy bill in front of you.
Advise them of your Genesis Energy Consumer Number (you'll find this in the top right-hand corner of your bill) and the bank will make the arrangements. When your next Genesis Energy bill arrives, call your bank's telephone banking line and follow the instructions.
You may have to pay your bank a small fee for this service.
