Getting your connection up and running.
Firstly, find out if natural gas is available in your street - assuming it is, you can then sign up online.
Alternatively, call us on 0800 300 400 and we'' find out whether your premises can get onto the natural gas network for you. If you are able to recieve natural gas from our netwrk, then our specialist team will organise the connection for you.
Setting everything up will take an estimated 6-8 weeks. Then we'll install your meter, get you all signed up, and you'll be ready to go. Contact your gasfitter to do your installation and help you to pick out the right gas appliances.
Keeping gas safe.
Natural gas is a safe energy source, but it has to be handled with care. Always make sure you use a licensed gasfitter to install and maintain your gas appliances. And if you ever smell gas, turn off all appliances and the supply at your meter, and contact a registered gasfitter.
