Treat yourself before your Brownie Points expire
Each Brownie Point lasts for 3 years from the time you collect it. On your monthly bill we’ll let you know if you have Brownie Points which are due to expire within one month. Make sure you keep an eye on your bill to see if you have points expiring.
Where can I find points expiry information on my bill?
On your bill we summarise the number of Brownie Points you’ve earned since your last bill. On the bottom of this summary if you have points due to expire you’ll be shown how many points and when they are due to expire. We’ve included an example below:
