Win a fence prize draw - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the ‘Genesis Energy Win a fence Competition ("Promotion") is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy").

2. The term of the Promotion is Monday 13 June - Wednesday 27 July 2011.

3. The Promotion is only open to Genesis Energy rural customers.

4. Genesis Energy employees and their immediate families are not permitted to participate.

5. The Promotion prize is a $5,000 credit payable to a fencing supplier or contractor for the supply of fencing materials. Genesis Energy reserves the right to choose the fencing contractor or supplier in conjunction with the prize winner.

6. The $5,000 credit will be paid on receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier chosen. Please allow 10 working days for payment to be processed.

7. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, entrants must email their unique prize code found on the front of their Genesis Energy mailer to winafence@genesisenergy.co.nz.

8. Only one entry allowed per Genesis Energy account.

9. Entries must be received by Genesis energy by 5pm Wednesday 27 July 2011. The draw will be held on Thursday 28 July 2011.

10. The winner will be contacted on Thursday 28 July 2011, by phone and / or email in accordance with the details supplied. Genesis Energy will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, but if the winner is unable to be contacted by Monday 1 August 2011, Genesis Energy will draw another winner.

11. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Genesis Energy, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequent loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize.

12. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for alternative prizes.

13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The prize winner name and details may be used by Genesis Energy for promotional purposes and the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that Genesis Energy may reasonably require.

15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will keep the personal information it holds in accordance with its Privacy Policy at genesisenergy.co.nz

16. Entry into this Promotion implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
