Freepost is a low-cost payment method for people who prefer to pay by cheque.

Why use Freepost?

• There is no need to wait in queues to pay your account.
• You can post your payment free of charge.

Freepost is easy:

• All our bills are sent in reusable envelopes. By using reusable envelopes we will save on nearly five million extra envelopes per year. When opening your bill ensure you tear along the perforated edges as indicated.
• Tear off the remittance slip at the bottom of your bill and insert it back into the envelope with your cheque.
• Ensure that only blank paper appears in the envelope window before sealing.
• Seal the envelope and post it back to us. No stamp required.
