Getting your connection up and running.

First, call us on 0800 600 900. We will let you know if your premises can get onto the natural gas network. If you can, our specialist team will organise a gas connection for you.

Setting everything up will take an estimated 6-8 weeks. Then we'll install your meter, get you all signed up, and you'll be ready to go. Contact your gasfitter to do your installation and help you to pick out the right gas appliances.
